About Tonya
I combine my skills as a personal trainer and a restorative exercise specialist to educate and support my clients from the “gym floor” to every day living. Whether you’re looking for traditional exercise routines or need more restorative movements to work out those COVID kinks (or something in between) I’ve got you covered.
I love what I do! It's so rewarding to see progress in each individual's personal goals whether it's to feel better, move better, gain strength, lose weight. I rejoice in my clients achievements.
