Nilda is an awesome trainer! She’s very punctual and responsible. She motivates when I feel lazy or not wanting to workout and modifies my workouts when needed. She is always available when I text her to ask any questions or concerns I have. She is the best!
Nilda is very knowledgeable, professional easy going and makes you feel comfortable! She plans your workouts based on your abilities and goals. I feel great and relaxed (she incorporates greats stretches) after every workout. I highly recommend her !
