About Landon

I cater to my clients needs and wants and design both my workout and meal plans around them. I help get them where they need to be both physically and mentally.

I enjoy working with people who are ready to be pushed and change there physique and overall well being for the better!

I have been training for 10 years now. I graduated from NPTI(national personal training institute) and I also have a certification from ISSA(international sports and science association)

About the lesson

I like to get on a call with first time clients and go over what there goals are in detail. From there we do a meet up and intitial consultation to asses there starting point and go over the program.

I have worked with all types of clients from bodybuilders and physique athletes, to people training for the military and just your average joe looking to feel better about themselves.

My base fee is $40/session. I do a 12 session minimum however, if you choose to do more than 12 my fee drops to 30/session.
