About Renee

I am a compassionate and experienced certified Yoga Therapist (YF-CYT and IAYT) and Certified Personal Trainer (NCCPT) with over a decade of teaching experience, blending evidence-informed movement with mindfulness and spiritual depth. Dedicated to supporting individuals in cultivating holistic well-being through practices that integrate body, mind, and spirit. Adept at creating accessible, personalized programs that promote healing, strength, and inner awareness. Committed to meeting clients where they are with empathy, presence, and care.Currently I am offering online only classes.

I have always wanted to be a teacher. In 2014 I found I was very passionate about teaching yoga. I want people to heal in body mind and spirit. Being a yoga therapist has allowed me to do that for people.

I am a certified C-YFTH and IAYT certified yoga therapist. I am also a personal trainer with the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers and CPR/First Aid certified.I also have a B.A. in Psychology.

About the lesson

It's important to meet first before a lesson to determine your needs.New students will get a free 30 minute evaluation. I like to meet someplace neutral such as in a coffee shop or online.I will go over your expectations and determine a course of action and make a plan to either meet again at my studio or another agreed upon place for your lessons. Lessons are usually an hour long.

Working with seniors on flexibility and balance has been very rewarding for me. I also love helping people who are anxious, worried or depressed. I want to give hope to the hopeless and joy to the brokenhearted . I hope to help heal bodies, minds and spirit!
