About DeAngelo

My name is DeAngelo Howard Jr. better known as DJ Howard. I am a native of Daytona Beach, FL. and

now resident of Jacksonville, FL. I have gained the knowledge and experience of the health fitness

industry through numerous and countless hours of hard work and dedication. First, to earn a Bachelor of

Science in Kinesiology from Jacksonville University which provided the bread n butter of my love for the

health & fitness industry. As a Division 1AA defensive standout, champion and captain I was able to

open my networking ability and use my knowledgeable presence as a Strength and Conditioning Coach

for the Jacksonville Jaguars (National Football League). As I furthered my education in the Master of

Science of Sport Science and Rehabilitation (MSSR), I was able to take my talents to the University of

Central Florida (UCF) Sports Performance department and work along the men & women’s basketball

and tennis teams. From UCF to Valdosta State University (VSU) I was able to continue my MSSR program

while pursuing a Masters in Public Administration and work as a Strength & Conditioning Graduate

Assistant with sports team focuses including football, tennis, and golf. I have grown to become a still

blossoming and certified health & fitness enthusiast in the lives of many athletes and general public

ranging from teen to elderly. My passion is to continue to bless each and everyone in need by helping

them BECOME A BETTER THEM thru the works of KAPABLE KHAOS Functional Performance!!!
