I started mine training as a strength and conditioning coach at Peru State college on the track team I became a fitness specialist while working at the United States penitentiary at Leavenworth from from 88 to 2005 , I I've been working in the health clubs since 2004.
World Class powerlifter , state champion , record holder in Missouri and Illinois , train NPC women professional bikini girls And men , I've been a certified trainer for over 25 years.
