About Justice
Hello, My name is Justice and I'm really excited to get to know you and help on your fitness journey!
Just a bit of background about myself, I am originally from Denver and moved to New York 7 years ago.
After working in the sports industry as a group sales rep for the Florida Panthers Hockey team, right out of college, I began to realize that my passion for helping others and love of fitness could become a career. So I applied to work at Equinox and here I am!
In the past 5 years in the industry, I have created an experience for clients that educates, empowers and instills confidence in and out of the gym.
Certifications:
•Personal Trainer- National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) •Women's Fitness Specialist- (NASM) •Pre/Post- Natal Fitness
Specialities:
•Strength & Conditioning
•Weight Loss
•Plyometric Training
•Flexibility
•Pre/Post Natal
For me, being a trainer isn't just about the aesthetic goals, but everything that comes along with it.
I love when my clients are happier, more confident in their abilities and themselves and are able to build healthier habits.
