About Erik
Hi, my name is Erik.
I believe exercise to be among the most beneficial habits in which a person can engage. A few focused hours every week can literally transform the way you experience your day-to-day life. I want everyone to experience the full benefits of a healthy, active lifestyle.
As an NASM Certified Fitness Professional with 8+ years experience, I've worked with a broad range of clients and fitness goals. I created Fitness Delivered with the mission of bringing quality exercise programming and health education to individuals throughout my community. I love to build lasting client relationships that positively impact and enhance their lives.
I am an experienced NASM CPT (certified personal trainer) with over 8 years in the industry. I have an AS in Health and Fitness Education and interned with Advocate Healthcare at the start of my career. I've worked with a broad range of clients with diverse goals since that time.
