Nutrition:
I like to get to know the individual. Next I go over a set of questions that help focus on areas of improvement. Then I consult and give advice. Also we would follow up through messages and finding a time to have another one on one time in person or on the phone.
Basketball:
First I like to get to know the player, next I'd like to know how they would like to improve, and then offer suggestions and drills to improve as I make them the best basketball player possible mentally and physically. I am available to message on my cell phone and then can make a plan to meet for a lesson and will keep up the basketball relationship as long as you'd like.

Perfect! Great
Perfect! Kevin was great and is very kind, his drills ranging from simple to complicated, nevertheless effective drills helped a ton and raised my confidence as a new basketball player
Perfect! My experience with Kevin was very good. He was prompt in responding to my questions, he had the skill level to help my daughter, he was attentive to my concerns and reasonably priced. He was a great addition to our sports routine. Definite plus!

FM Hoops was willing to do whatever it took to help the team!
Kev used to be a manager when I was a player at SCSU and he would always stay after practice and help me work out, rebound, or just give me some different tips that may give me the advantage in games. He always had a passion for hoops and that made it even more fun and he earned my respect because his role was so much bigger than just the “manager”
