About Toni
I have 15 years in the fitness business. My passion is helping people live their best life.
I help people move better through a variety of strength, fleliaility, and cardio activities. As well as guide clients to make the best choice for their needs.
i enjoy seeing the pride in my clients face when they reach a goal. Seeing them get excited about the next goal and how they can do better and be the very best version of themselves.
I had a home pre-school and needed to get out for grown up time. I joined a gym, hired the trainer for personal work. She made it so much fun, i closed my pre-school 18 months later to become a Personal Trainer.
I have my Level 1 CrossFit cert. and i am working on my Precisiion Nutrition Level 1 cert.

We go over physical limitations/injuries or surgeries and how they are affected by them. Discuss goals, mental blocks and level of commitment they are bringing.
We lso discuss why they want to work with me and what got in the way in the past if this is a reoccuring siituation.
I have worked with youn athletes to seniors. I focus on seniors. They have the most to gain working with a trainer. It helps improve their quality of daily living.
Ask a lot of questions and know what you want.
I had a client come to me wanting to gain strenth and skills to do trapese. We worked for months on strengh and skills. When the time came to go, she not only made it, but did more than she thought she would be able to do.
It is an amazing feeling sharing in other peoples success.
