About Archie

My service stands out by the level of professionalism and thoroughness in program development.

I enjoy working with clients and helping them reach their specific goals. My greatest joy is seeing each client reach a milestone in their program that they didn't think they would be able to reach.

I've always had a passion for fitness and started by training myself and friends.

With 6 years of experience, I am a certified for personal training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and also certified in corrective exercise from the same. I also hold a certifcation in TRX suspension training as well as CPR-AED certified.

About the lesson

Each new student is taken through an initial assessments to help determine the health and physical exercise readines of the student. Following the assessment we will sit down together and put together a plan to help each student reach their goals.

My clients have ranged in age from 14 - 80. I have worked with a variety of backgrounds from scoliosis to cerabral palsy, rehabilition from injury to weight loss.

Students should look for teachers that possess a certification from a reputable governing body as well as a CPR certification.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students should be able to speak thoroughly about past injuries or surgeries, any medications they may be taking and previous experiences with training.
