Our service stands out in that technique and professionalism come first! Our trainers, coaches and staff are currently active professionals in their respective areas of expertise. Our head Jiu Jitsu instructor placed 3rd at the World Championships and continues to actively compete. Our MMA instructors train current UFC Fighters and are teaching the newest and best techniques out there.
(concealed information)
All of our trainers thrive on the success of our students and athletes! We love the aspect of taking people to the next level. For this reason alone we have a corrective specialist on staff who focuses ONLY on perfecting motion and movement to prevent injury and get the most out of the technique. This allows the trainers to push harder and take our students and athletes to the highest level they could imagine!

I've been training boxing in a group setting for years at different gyms, but I can say that I have learned more and gotten exponentially better in the last 4 months at Omalza than all the rest combined! Some of the BEST trainers at Omalza! I thought I was in pretty good shape, but was humbled with training from Ian that most definitely shocked my body in the best way. It's the best place to take your training to the next level!
Went to Omalza Fitness to try their classes and ended up signing up for Personal Training as well. Their training is completely different than anything at regular gyms or classes, I got to do unique exercises and have perfected all of my movements so in the last 2 months have gotten way stronger and my cardio has skyrocketed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
