I train in the Metro Detroit Mi areas( Southfield, Royal Oak, Detroit, Farmington, Bloomfield, Birmingham, Troy, etc.). After finishing playing & coaching football, the passion never left me and wanting to pass on the Love for the game.



I was the Head Coach & Owner of a Semi Pro Football team for 9 years called the "Motor City Cougars". We made the playoffs 8 times and won a League Championship & National Tournament game. I also played Semi Pro Football. I've also Trained Fitness & Body Building for the last 10 years.

First finding the position the client would like to play then working on drills for that exact position.



The majority of my football clients are High School & College. I also work with Pro Athletes, the most notable is Chris Floyd who played for the University of Michigan and then was drafted by the New England Patriots. But I also work & train all ages.



Ask yourself is the game of Football just something you want to do just to have fun with and/or something you want to make a Career of. This will determine how hard you push yourself to train and get better.
