About Amanda

The Iron Den Gym is League City's only indoor/outdoor gym and training center with an atmosphere that breeds success. Members can't stop talking about the way our gym makes them feel. Motivated, inspired, pumped, like they can conquer anything are just a few things that have been said. Our personal trainers are top notch and can help anyone at any level reach their fitness goals. We have boot camp classes, tanning, supplements, and high quality merchandise.

My name is Amanda and I am the General Manager here at The Den. I absolutely love seeing people reach their goals and part of my job is placing individuals with the right personal trainer that fits their personality and goals. I get the deepest satisfaction from seeing those relationships grow and succeed. I love my gym and I think its really amazing when others get to share in this experience of getting fit and healthy.

Our personal trainers have multiple different credentials that range from ISSA to Bachelors degrees. If you are interested we can always go over what trainer holds what certification.
