Listen to the students needs, establish realistic goals, give a free assessment, and begin as soon as they are ready.
I have worked with men and womenof all ages, healthy to not so healthy people, people that never been to a gym, physically challenged, and people of diverse backgrounds and cultures.
The advice I would give to the students is to compare the teachings to science-base evidence.
An event I am proud of is when I was personally selected by my Commander in front of the command staff to be the squadron "Physical Fitness Czar"!
