About Ameerah

As our name states we are the IV the Life Line to get and keep you Fit! Our passion is to assist people reach their Health goals so they Feel Good (nutritional coaching), Look Good (Fitbess exercises), and Live Better (Mindset coaching). Our 3-tier approach allows our clients to experience transformations that lead to a Healthy Lifestyle. As a certified personal training and a specialist in Group fitness I have coached hundreds of people to "their" success! The goal is for each of our clienrs to believe their Best is the Best and understand creating a lifestyle body requires applying our proven solutions!🏋🏾🤸🏾🏋🏾

When I experienced an incredible body and mind transformation. I have worked out for years, but 4 years ago I finally began fueling my body for fitness. This means I was now energized throughout the day and when it was time to workout my body was ready for a full workout regimen. Lean muscle and release of body fat began to show up and others wanted to know HOW. I began sharing the gift of Healthy living and coupled that with serveral certifications to maximize my ability to help more people.
