About Chris
As a trainer for the last 13 years (11 at Equinox) I have a wide array or certifications and experience. My clients range from teenager to retirees. I have my own equipment as well as access to private training facilities.
I love helping clients achieve their phyisical and mental goals. I'm also a fan of variety and personal training allows me to train clients in a variety of ways.
I started in college at my University gym.
I am NSCA CPT certified as well as animal flow, trx, kettlebell 1 & 2, powerplate and precise nutrition.

The initital meeting is partly and assessment and a partial workout. That allows me to see where the client is. Once that session is complete I am able to program more specifically for their needs.
My clients range from 16 - 82 years old. Each with different goals and maladies.
I would vet them to the best of your ability and ensure they are aware of what your goals are.
