About Talin

We are the only pilates studio that incorporates cardio bounce on the Bellicon trampoline with the pilates reformer . The combination lets you look lean and string and burn tons of calories !

We offer 3 classes

Tone and Sculpt - Pilates Reformer

Burn and Sculpt - Pilates Reformer, Jumpboard and Trampoline (option)

Bounce Mix - Trampoline and Strength Training

I love meeting new people and helping them lead a better life through pilates. I love learning something ne every day and incorporating in my pilates practice.

I had a back injury and started pilates as a way to get back to exercise and fellin love with it. I have been teaching ever since ! It's been close to 15 years. In the last 2 years I opened my own Pilates Studio, Rebund Pilates in Lake Balboa.

Special needs with back, neck, shoulder, knee issues. Work with pre and post natal clients. Elderly client specialsit.

About the lesson

Set up a meeting day and time that works for training. Meet up a few minutes ahead of training to get to know their gols, needs and any modifications they may need.

Elderly clients, pre and post pregnancy clieents, rehab for injury, congenial (scoliosis), back pain (cervical, thoracic and lumbar), athletes, and average people that just want to get in shape and strengthen their core.

Ask what pilates certification they have obtained and how long the process of certification , how many hours did the certification take and lectures they attended. Make sure they have experience in Anatomy and Specialized teaching for rehab ...etc
