About Marie
The most rewarding part of training people is to see them progress and reach levels they never thought they would reach. It's pure joy when a client after a class says "I never thought I could do that but I did it!"
I teach not only fitness but also martial arts.
There's not one size fits all when it comes to fitness so all training I do is personalized. I love the challenge to get my clients to reach their goals. I'm a certified NASM personal trainer and I have a degree in physical education. My focus is on wellness and healthy living. I strive to teach my clients how to have a healthy relationship with their own body and mind.
