About Ethan

I got into lifting weights and working out when I was 18 and instantly loved it. I love helping people and the world of fitness so I decided to help people professionally. I love seeing people get stronger, healthier, and better lives and I love being the one to help them.

I have a certification for personal training through NASM. I also have a corrective expert specialist certification through NASM, and I am also cpr and AED certified.

About the lesson

I have worked with people of many diffeeent age groups and fitness levels.

I would say make sure that not only that the trainer is qualified to help you with ur desired goal, but also make sure that they are a good fit personally for you as well.

I am very fond of a recent weekend where I celebrated my fathers retirement at my family lake house on lake Winnipesaukee. Had a great cook out with corn hole and plenty of family fun.
