About Allison

Our goal at The Vicious Cycle is to provide the best indoor cycling experience in the area. We are dedicated to creating high-intensity workouts in a fun environment because fitness is our passion. After realizing that the need for a unique, energetic spin studio was growing more and more each day, we created the solution. Our goal is to establish a close-knit group of riders who never have to worry about being wait-listed at the big gym for the next class or who cannot enjoy their favorite cardio based workout because of limited ride schedules. Cycling is our business, so we are here to make sure that our riders receive awesome customer service with each and every ride. From easy online class scheduling, to our viciously motivating instructors, you will never be disappointed! Whether you are a first time rider or a diehard cyclist, we know just what it takes to keep you challenged & motivated.

We enjoy getting to know, and help clients reach their fitness goals in a happy, healthy, safe environment, conducive to success.
