Personal training with Nick Lynch or one of the certified, experienced and respectable trainers at Superb Health means learning how obtain the best results of your life! We offer over 15 years training experience and a practical approach to teaching.
Group exercise classes are one of a kind at Superb Health. We can guarantee results if you can guarantee us three days per week. We teach Functional Fitness in our group classes. This means all of the kettlebell, calisthenic, strength, balance and conditioning skills you will learn in class will transfer over to your everyday life and activities.
