About Kevin
We are a functional fitness facility in the heart of Middle Tennessee located at 855 W. College St.
With 20 years of experience coaching functional fitness, we would absolutely love the opportunity to help you begin or continue your fitness, Journey!
We offer in person training, as well as online training.
I started coaching in college as part of my assistantship in grad school, and found I have a true passion for it. We have coached 1000's of people since then.

We start with a consultation to go over any injury's, past medical history in order to determine what to avoid or strengthen. We tailor every program to each individual for optimal results.
We have worked with kids ages 7 and up to Seniors, , as well as competitive athletes.
Find someone who is credentialed and qualified. A seasoned trainer, with a lot of experience, will know how to modify and create a custom plan. Look for results and transformations.
