First I will do a assessment which includes a weigh in, getting information such as limitations, goals, etc. Then I will run you through a fitness assessment to have a better idea of your strengths and weaknesses this allows me to know exactly what I need to work on with you. After the assessment I usually answer any question the client has and then proceed to scheduling the first session.
