I train people for the art of boxing

help people with weight loss goals

I have over 20 years experience, 2 times golden gloves champion, and the last NY Empire State games gold medalists winner at 123lbs. I'm also a professional boxer with a record of 1-0

I enjoy training people to achieve their goals and get the body they want.

i love pushing my clients to limits they didn't think it was possible to reach.

I started boxing at the age of 11 years old and started teaching around the age of 20 years old.

I have been in the sport of boxing for over 20 years

About the lesson

first talking to them about their goals and then making a routine to follow to achieve goals in a proficient way.

I work with all types of students with different goals, whether is weight loss or just learning boxing for self defense
