By tracking progress to make the appropriate changes, daily checkins, having my clients log their nutrition, helping my clients break unhealthy habits while replacing them with new ones. I also listen to my clients to ensure they enjoy their workouts and are able to complete all of the exercises! Making this process as enjoyable as possible to help create that consistency to eventually create a lifestyle.
Everyone from Athletes to general population to Seniors! We also work with people with chronic disease such as Osteoporosis, Diabetes etc
Make sure that whomever you choose to work with you have a good rapport with them! It's very difficult to follow a plan someone sets out for you if you don't particularly like said person.
