About Efit

I focus on post rehabiliation training, bodybuilding, dieting and all your fitness needs. I trained with a physical therapist while in the Marine Corps for 2 years from 1998-2000 and became a personal trainer after that.(2000-present). I enjoy improving my clients way of life. I also enjoy Showing them a healthier way to to live. Fitness is a life style not just a passing trend.

I started teaching part time when I came out of the marine corps in 2000. I’ve always been around trainers let’s and gyms since I was 14 years old. I had a trainer when I was 14.

I was a United States Marine for 4 years which teaches you physical activities. I also spent 2 years working with injured marines as a therapist assistant while in the marine corps.

About the lesson

I usually start with a free fitness consultation. I find out about there goals. Injuries,medications, or any other possible issues they might have. We also look at our schedules to see if they work well. If all is fine, then we go over packages. If depends on how many times a week they will come in. I usually recommend at least 2 a week to start. They purchase a package of 10,20, or 30 sessions and we go ahead a book a session. We will also go over plan of attack as far as diet in case we need to adjust it.

I have worked with students as young as 7 and old as 89 years old. I can work with any age. I get a lot of referrals from doctors in the area.
