About Shaun
I help awaken dreams, imagine and create what's possible for you. Our program has predictable results! We've been helping transform lives for nearly 20 years. I began my quest as an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer and Performance Nutrition Specialist in San Diego. I began adding Health Coaching, seeing how lifestyle and habits helped clients take things to an even higher level. Now with 11 years of Health Coaching success, I'm excited to parnter with you!

I was a career Engineer, mostly in Silicon Valley. I saw a huge need, both personally and professionally, to help others dream, be inspired and find a path to a healthier, more active, vibrant life. I quit my "job" and started pursuing this passion. It changed my life!
