About Dushon

Hussle Geeks fitness is for all ages. I provide on the go lessons, You pick the place home, gym or park whenever we're permitted to work we work. You learn coordination, self-defense ,gain strength, speed and have fun punching your way to achieve your fitness goals. Plus you'll get a chance to beat up your trainer. I also encourage all participants to try a meal plan for 4 weeks with their training.

I myself have been boxing for 10 plus years.. I am a certified personal trainer and trained with alot of fighters from pro boxers to MMA fighters. I also train my kids,mother n sister in boxing fitness. Very knowledgeable in boxing and calisthenics training. I've also done parkour, MMA, and grippling training to build muscle member and achieve my Ultimate fitness level..

I enjoy Hussle Geeks fitness cause it's a fullbody blast workout and you work at your own pace. Every circuit is customized to your abilities, time and speed. Plus we try something new every session called the 30second knock out.. Jab to get abs and throw hooks to get that v look.
