About Hector
I help educate people about exercise, kinesiology, and give them the tools necessary to accomplish their fitness goals.
I enjoy assisting people in reaching their goals. I really like to enjoy seeing the "light bulb" go off when they finally come full circle in their learning.

I like to speak to all my clients via WhatsApp. I like to Video call, or Audio call and ask them a few basic questions about their current lifestyle regarding fitness and wellness.
After a day or 2, I will issue them their plan that I create tailored to their goals. After I explain the program, then we schedule our time that we meet so I can observe them and help them through their workout.
Additionally, I make myself available for any small questions they may have regarding their plan. Via txt
