Kristin Transitional Life Coach
Many many years ago I began counseling others and it has turned into coaching. I fell in love with nature and an organic farm and it all took off from there.
I have 2 Masters Degrees in Counseling and have a background and training in spiritual growth, holistic dieting, nutrtion, celiac and hypoglycemics diseases as well as diabetes, weight loss and weight training.

I ask the client what they are looking for what do they want to do with their life which areas of their lives do they want to change?
The worried well, consumers ranging from 100 pounds overweight to relationship issues and just wanting to lose 10 pounds as well as career and life changes that are very much needed when a man or a women are going through a life change.
I attended an event on credit scoring it was very helpful and I was happy to be there to understand what goes into credit scores and banking.
