About Bridget

I have been working with clients and the human body for many years, teaching Jazzercise, personal training and as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

I absolutely enjoy helping my clients meet and exceed their fitness and health goals.

I had been instructing Jazzercise group exercise classes and decided to go a bit farther by getting certified as a trainer. I enjoyed that but ran into many injuries and such that I found fun and challenging to improve as well. I went to school and got licensed as a PTA and now totally enjoy the variety of both areas.

I am a certified personal trainer with specialization in sports nutrition. I have been certified for 16 years. I have also been working as a Physical Therapist Assistant for 11 years. I have worked with all ages, body types, and difficult situations.

About the lesson

I start with a 30-minute consultation to learn what each client is looking to gain/lose, what their interests are and what they don't enjoy so much about diet or exercise. And then put a plan together. We always find that if we can't stand our plan, it won't work for us. We need to find what will work for each person and allow for the best results. We can meet as often or as little as each client prefers. Whatever works for his or her schedule and budget.

I typically charge $60 per one hour session after the initial consultation. But I have a variety of plans available that fit all budget sizes.
