About Russell

Peak Level Performance is a unique fitness company that focuses on providing our clients with effective and beneficial training that helps them achieve their goals. We offer individual training at our facility in Ponte Vedra Beach off of US-1. We pride ourselves on being one of the only truly personal training facilities in the area, offering our clients a completely private training space where they will be working 1-on-1 with our NASM Certified Personal trainer. Not only do we deliver great fitness experiences through our Peak Studio, but we also offer our mobile application that provides our clients with specially designed workouts that are easily done at home or at the gym, and are updated weekly to give you more diversity and excitement during your workouts.

All our staff members have Bachelors of Science Degrees and are all National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainers. We also have an instructor who is Titleist Performance Institute Certified, and a PGA Professional.

About the lesson

Our typical process for working with a new student is to have them first complete our Peak-Q. Once they have completed the Peak-Q and if there are no medical challenges present, we will begin our Peak Assessments. This assessment includes questions such as goals, time contraints, etc, and includes a functional screening. This allows for our staff members to customize a workout plan based on your needs and abilities.

As someone who had never played golf before, I went in a little nervous. However, RJ made me feel super comfortable the entire time! He walked me through everything - grip, stance, and the swing movements. He made it really fun! I left feeling confident in what I was doing and even had a few drills I could do at home to practice.

I would HIGHLY recommend going to see RJ if you are new to the game. I plan on going back to keep learning from him.
