We are a health and fitness firm that fulfills and exceeds all your health and fitness goals., and fofer in-home, instudio, workplace and outdoor personal training, athletic training, rehab services throughout San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi and all surrounding areas.

We offer programs, for individuals of all ages, fitness levels, and health levels. From Beginners, Recreational Athletes and Professinoal Athletes.

We always strive to accommodate your clientes preferred training days and times. Monday Through Sunday as early as 4:30m to 10pm Including some holidays!

About the lesson

We offer 1 free training session without futher obligation This allows each new potential client an opportunity to get a feel for our training expertise before making a final decision.

Perfect! Jamar is amazing. He goes above and beyond in training my 15 year old for basketball. He's well educated, supportive and very upbeat. Most importantly my son respects him and works hard for him because jamar does the same. I would recommend him highly.

If you are looking for a personal trainer, Wellfit is the place to find the best! I personally train with Patty, but the entire staff has gone above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. I signed on as a person who had never worked out in a gym before. I have always been a bit overweight and not very strong. At the age of 48, I decided I was tired of being tired and yoyo dieting. Patty immediately increased my caloric intake (yikes!), customized a meal plan specific to my needs and put me to work in the gym teaching me proper form and how to work hard. This is definitely one of the best investments I have ever made in myself! p.s. Patty has never (not once) ever rescheduled me!

Rates will range from as low as $20.00 to $85.00 per session depending on the frequency of training, goals, either they want in-home or instudio training etc. Pleae note that we customize a program that will work will assist in exceeding client goals, that will meet their timeline, and meet their budget too.
