About Matthew
I have a degree in Exercise Science, and 6+ years in the business. I also trained in Muay Thai kickboxing while living in Bangkok. I write personalized training programs for most fitness goals. I also have my own equipment and can meet clients for outdoor sessions. I have kettlebells, battle ropes, bands, slam ball, dumbbells, a suspension trainer and boxing/kickboxing equipment.
I've been active my whole life, and always had a passion for coaching and helping others achieve fitness goals

About the lesson

First session involves discussing goals and motivations, likes and dislikes, and the style of instruction the student prefers. We will go through several exercises to get an idea of how the student moves, and then will work out a plan going forward.
High School and College athletes, those recovering from injuries, clients trying to lose weight, train for marathons, look good for weddings, etc. My experience is broad, but I prefer to work with clients trying to lose weight or improve strength and conditioning.
Find someone who you enjoy spending time with and who keeps you motivated and wanting to come back. Consistency is the key to success.
