I began working with Lyndsey several years ago at her previous gym, where the management's philosophy was to rotate trainers. Before long, she was the only trainer I wanted to work with, standing out head and shoulders above the others. I have been delighted to see her break away and start her own business, and was happy to follow her to her new gym, which has a really great vibe, and fun equipment to keep things interesting, giving her the opportunity to really shine in her unique way. It's never routine with Lyndsey. She is always challenging me, helping me set goals and keeping workouts fresh and fun. Lyndsey really knows what she's doing, with clear and specific direction, constantly correcting posture and reminding me what muscles I should be using for each exercise. If I have injuries or problem areas that need work, I feel very safe with her, as she's well educated in the human body and the science of exercise. A number of clients have followed her from her previous gyms, and while she is still building clientele with her new and independent business "Fusion", I predict she will soon be in great demand, as other people discover what an excellent trainer she is. She has an impressive background, including a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology from Arizona State University, along with over ten years experience training clients.
