About Elisabeth
Hi! My name is Liz and I am a Certified Personal Trainer. From my early days in youth sports, to a varsity high school athlete, to now a Personal Trainer, sports and fitness have always been the core of who I am and what I love.
I get it. Being consistent with your workouts while balancing work obligations, family demands, social engagements, kids’ sports, etc is a challenge. However in order for you to be the best self for your loved ones, you need to make YOUR health and wellness a priority.
I am committed to helping my clients make fitness and nutrition a sustainable part of their lifestyle. Whether you are new to fitness, rebounding from an injury, or are an avid workout enthusiast, I am excited to work with you to meet your fitness, health, and wellness goals.
