There's nothing better than watching my clients feel the impact of proper training and nutrition on their lives. It puts a smile on my face as they tell me "I can't believe I feel this great" or "My husband told me I look so much healthier, and I feel it too!". Also, educating our clients so they will eventually be able to train themselves is what we strive to do with every interaction.

I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and former Law Enforcement Officer having finished in the tip 10% in physical fitness at the Arizona Law Enforcement Academy. I am currently in the process of receiving my certification as an ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist.

About the lesson

I have worked with medical professionals, servers, law enforcement, security, students, teachers, and many others! Ember Athletics primarily trains students from 18 to 65 years old.

The most important thing is to make sure the coach you hire is someone you mesh well with. The greatest program in the world won't work if you don't follow and don't have a good relationship with your trainer. We're here to work for you.
