About Kiara
I am a classically trained contemporary ballet dancer who has an immense passion for health and wellness. I graduated from Boston Conservatory at Berklee in May of 2018 with a BFA in Contemporary Dance Performance with a Ballet Emphasis. In my last year of school, I instructed at Pure Barre Boston, Pure Barre Brookline, and Pure Barre Harvard Square, and am currently instructing at Platefit and Barre Belle under the direction of Marnie Alton. I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer who is dedicated to soulful scultping of the individual.

I absolutely love getting to know people on a personal level. I am incredibly outgoing and open, and enjoy cultivating those one on one relationships. Seeing my clients of all skill levels and backgrounds improve and increase their sense of mind body connection is so unbelieveably rewarding!
