About Winston

I am an experienced fitness coach/physical therapist aide with extensive knowledge of the body and corrective form. I have over 30 years of experience in which I have aided clients through weight loss, endurance training and nutrition. The knowledge that I pass on to my clients concerning fitness and nutrition is priceless.

I am a former long distance runner and body builder. I have been helping people with their fitness goals since the mid 1980"s.

I have graduated from an accredited school for exercise physiology. I am Nasm certified in weight loss, nutrition, group training and I am a former Marine with extensive experience in self defense.

My sessions are 80.00 for a one hour session. This is a flat rate for the area that I am located in. My pricing can be negotiated if the client plans on buying bulk sessions.
