About Martin
Martin has dedicated his life to helping others achieve their MAX potential.
In fitness AND in life.
Getting fit is very much mental as it is physical.
It’s about digging deep and getting to the core of who you are and pushing past the mental limits we’ve given ourselves.
Coming from a background in Social Work, Martin has worked with all kinds of people and
has taken the time to study the human psyche and how it relates to the physical body.
Getting to know each client and their learning style,
Martin takes the time & makes it a point to create custom workouts geared specifically for YOU.
Challenging, fun, will keep you motivated and hungry for more-

In the last few years, Martin has focused on specializing his skills to work with people of ANY shape, size, age, or physical limitations. He truly believes that fitness is for EVERYONE and has developed his skills to work with anyone including prenatal clients, children 6+ years old, clients 60+ years old, and those with injuries.
Having clients come to Martin days later telling him how much they love to attend his trainings because they realize how strong and confident they are makes him proud. It's a blessing to changes someone's health and save their lives.
