I've worked with beginners to the division 1 college athletes of Fordham University. I've survived a broken neck to become a multi-sport athlete. As a survivor I know recovery, as an athlete I know performance, as a busy professional I know the value of time and energy. My holistic approach focuses on nurturing both body and mind.
