About Stanley
My name is Stanley Rosa, an instructor at Bronx Martial Arts Academy for 5 years. I have been training in martial arts for 15 years. A black belt at Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, I have been awarded multiple victories competing at national (ADCC, IBJJ) tournaments. I specialize in teaching Muy Thai, kickboxing, boxing and other disciplines that develop the mastery of self-defense.
I would like to use my skills and experience to help you achieve your personal fitness goals and build confidence with a knowledge of martial arts.
