About Michael
Austin Music School, established in 2018, has delivered High Quality one-on-one music lessons from some of the most talented teachers in the Central Texas Region. Teacher Spotlight: Greg Burkher. Greg is a phenomenal expert piano player and has been teaching piano for over 30 years. He has two bachelors degrees. Originally from California, he is now currently living in Texas. Greg can teach any age and level of ability, while matching any level of seriousness and social approach required for the student’s lesson. Greg enjoys incorporating ear training, theory, and composition into his all inclusive piano lessons. You can teach classical, contemporary and jazz styles. Ive been working with Greg on piano for 2 years now and he has taken me to new levels with my playing! He is a true master of his craft and has instant observations and feedback of my finger movement while I'm playing. Greg has perfect pitch and can tell if you hit a wrong note without even looking at your hands!
