About Egypt

Music is more than what you hear and what you see on paper. It's mainly about how you feel. I'd prefer my students to have a connection to the piano outside of what they are practicing to better their skills, but also how to use the piano as a form of individual expression & improvisation. My goal is for my students to receive inspiration in both conventional and unconventional ways of music so that they may be able to invent their own music one day.

1. Hearing the languages that people can create within the language of music itself and helping an individual expand upon what's already been written, encouraging them to find their voice and "speak" through an instrument of their choice.

I have been playing piano and have had lessons since the age of 6. Additionally, I gradutated with University of Delaware with a Music Management degree with a concentration in piano.

About the lesson

I would start by first gaining an understanding of the student, their level of piano, and their musical taste preferences. I would work on gaining a better understanding of their learning style so that when they practice on their own, their sessions will feel productive.
