About Marta

I really care about about every student, and find the way to make the learning process worthy and fun for everybody.

I enjoy seeing my students growing.

I have a master degree in both, classical and jazz piano performance at NYU. I am a Fulbright Scholar and received a MacDowell grant on March 2017.

I am a professional musician that performs regularly around the city and the around the world.

I teach currently at the Brooklyn Conservatory, and taught in the past at NYU and other private schools like Arete Music or IMT. I teach also privately.

About the lesson

After listening to the student playing and considering her/his goals, I try to focus on improving the weakest aspects of her/his performance. I always try to work on music that apeals the student and make fun the process of learning.

All kind of students, begginers and advanced ones. Young kids and men/women in their 70s...

You have to find someone that makes you enjoy the process of learning music.
