About Holly

Each student enters piano lessons with different interests, needs and goals. A four year old starting lessons for the first time will have very different needs than a 67 year old revisiting piano after several years hiatus. We make it a priority to get to know you on a personal level and to become familiar with your interests, strengths, challenges and goals. We do not treat every student the same in terms of what and how we teach. Each student is an individual and we work with you to create a plan that fits your needs and musical preferences. At the first lesson your teacher will ask questions about your favorite music, aspirations, background, etc. and then create a plan and goals to help you accomplish whatever musical dreams you have for yourself or your child.

We love music and we love igniting that passion in others through helping them learn the music they are excited about.

I love music and started playing piano at a young age. I was inspired by my teachers and felt called to share music with others.

Our teachers all have degrees in music or equivalent teaching and performing experience. Degrees and certification include: Composition, Music Education, Piano Pedagogy, Early Childhood Music, Suzuki method, among others.

About the lesson

We seek to understand the students interests and needs first and then construct a program that will give them a solid foundation and the freedom to explore and learn the music they love.

We have worked with young beginning students, college bound teens and adults who are learning for the first time and/or returning from a long hiatus.

Choose someone that you connect with personally and musically.

I love our recitals and piano parties. Students bring their A game and we have enjoy sharing music with each other.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
How much time do you want to contribute to practicing and lessons?

What music fascinates and inspires you?

If everything goes as well as possible, what do you hope to be doing in music this year and 5 years from now?
