Justin started lessons last summer 2019 at the age of 6.5 upon his request to learn piano. Miss Monika from the very beginning kept Justin interested and motivated. He had his first recital in the fall. I was amazed at his confidence and strong performance.
In March 2020, Justin took a two week break but then was ready to continue virtually. Monika did not disappoint. She was a welcomed voice with optimism and Justin has continued his lessons. We have heard lovely new songs from Monika’s dedication & expertise. She is amazing with kids whether in person or on screen.
Justin said, “I like that sometimes I make her laugh. She is very patient .”

Monika is extremely patient with beginners and young kids. My daughters started at the age of 4 and 7, and Monika has always made it a pleasant experience during each class, in person or via FaceTime/Zoom. She gives the right amount of push without overwhelming kids. My kids now have made so much progress and they look forward to show casing their new skills every week to Monika.
