About Victoria
I am an award-winning author of children’s books, who is currently working on four more books to be released in 2025.
In addition to offering support for writing, I teach chess and piano online, both of which I have taught for over twenty years.
I am a certified elementary teacher with a gifted/talented license extension.
My bachelor's degree includes a concentration in music.
I studied with a concert pianist from childhood to young adulthood, and have given professional piano lessons since 2003.
I earned my master's degree in education with distinction in 2005 from Hofstra University.
I completed a master's level certificate in chess education in 2009 with UT at Dallas.
I've taught chess in classrooms and privately since 2007, leading teams and individuals to personal growth and success in tournaments.
I teach piano and chess to students of any age who want to learn as a hobby, or to work towards playing professionally.
