I have been teaching private lessons for nearly 10 years and my students typically excel at the top of their programs.
I enjoy helping my students realize that they can achieve anything that they are willing to put their effort into. My focus has been to create/foster healthy habits in a safe learning environment.
I participated in band all through public education and decided to pursue a Music Education degree in college. My family owns a Daycare Center and I began teaching some of my first students there each summer throughout my time in college. I began my first day teaching an Elementary Band in January 2014. I fell in love with my students and the band program and this is when I truly knew that I was called to teach music.
